Rainwater Conference Center for Visit Valdosta - Jacksonville Architectural Photographer
Valdosta, Georgia, is a charming town along the Interstate 75 corridor. Its diverse offerings include shops, bars, dining options, and a beautiful historic district. The Valdosta Chamber of Commerce recently hired me to photograph the Rainwater Conference Center.
Overlooking a stunning cypress pond, the James H. Rainwater Conference Center features more than 47,000 square feet of meeting space, including a pre-function area and an Exhibit Hall capable of accommodating over 11,000 square feet. Furthermore, the 4,000-square-foot conference hall, seven breakout rooms, and two boardrooms can be combined to create various setup options, and the meeting spaces can be expanded or divided as necessary.
Below is a series of architectural images created for the Visit Valdosta initiative to showcase this modern conference center.
In addition to creating architectural photographs of the empty conference center, we were joined by members of the Valdosta Chamber of Commerce to fill some of the meeting spaces for images. Often, when doing travel and tourism photography or lifestyle marketing photoshoots, I work with marketing firms that recruit volunteers for the photoshoot day. For this shoot, I collaborated with the amazing team at Dalton Agency. As a commercial photographer in the Southeast, I have worked with Dalton many times, and their staff is top-notch.
